About Janica

Helping people to find their strengths and abilities gives me great pleasure. Living a hectic life can make you physically exhausted, can affect you mentally and also vice versa.

When I am teaching I try to help people to listen to themselves and to understand the signals the body sends whether it’s being stressed, being constantly busy or any other emotion as well as their physical strengths and weaknesses and how to improve them with exercise. I let my clients do everything with their own pace so they won’t feel any pressure throughout the class.

My career as a wellness professional began already in 1987 when I walked into my first dance studio. A clear vision of my future and my goals were built up during my training years.

Studying and experience through instructing others gave me a unique understanding of anatomy and functional training. So I decided to expand my career and enter the field of Sports Massage therapy. That training included anatomy, physiology, functional training, massaging techniques and physical treatments including other skills.

Becoming a dance instructor and combining that with the knowledge I had, I could expand my career even more. Now over 20 years have gone and I still do what I love and love what I do.
