The Pilates lesson lasts 45 minutes and offers a chance to have your own time, relax and breathe. According to Pilates instructor Janica Rekola, the motivation of our group has been amazing. It has not been too serious, but everybody has been really concentrated and well-focused. Janica reminds that Pilates improves flexibility, builds a strong core and enhances coordination and balance. It suits everyone, even if one doesn’t exercise otherwise all that much. It’s a joint-friendly and safe form of workout.
