My first stretching class was with Janica.
I never thought I would use stretching classes as I just did weights and cardio.
She showed me that stretching could stop the lower back pain I had been suffering from.
Also after a weights session the stretching she showed me stopped my muscle groups from aching.
I highly recommend Janica´s stretching class as it has taught me a lot and saved me from a great deal of pain.

Stretching can be used as a recovery from a workout, before workout and or as a daily routine to lengthen the body.

It can help with having a positive mindset.
It can improve flexibility.
It promotes blood circulation.
Less aches and pains.
It can lower cholesterol levels with the right food diet.
You can have a relaxing session in the class or have it as one exercise.
