An initial Sports Therapist session includes:

If you suffer from a cold, flu or other conditions that can affect your breathing. Other red flags in other words conditions when not to have a massage or other body treatments is if you have cancer, skin infection or heart conditions. If you are pregnant some areas can still be treated, but always discuss this with your physician first. If you have any medical concerns always let your therapist know before starting any treatment.

Comfortable clothes that you can easily remove. A sports bra is not recommended unless you can take it off completely (when treating the shoulders and upper back).

Yes we can use Finnish or English which ever you are most comfortable with.
